A High Wind Watch remains in effect for Tuesday afternoon through Thursday morning. Strongest northeasterly to easterly winds are expected Wednesday morning when local gusts to 75 mph are possible in the wind-prone passes, canyons, and coastal mountain slopes.
Warmer with above average temperatures inland and near average temperatures for the coast. For the coastal areas: 65 to 72, western valleys and inland Orange County: 71 to 75, inland valleys: 68 to 74, mountains between 4000 ft and 7000 ft: 51 to 60, high desert: 59 to 63, low desert: 71 to 75.
Similar to Sunday with above average temperatures inland and near average temperatures for the coast. For the coastal areas: 65 to 72, western valleys and inland Orange County: 70 to 74, inland valleys: 69 to 74, mountains between 4000 ft and 7000 ft: 54 to 63, high desert: 62 to 66, low desert: 73 to 77.
